Omar & his crew did an AWESOME job! My parents house has NOT seen any love over the years & it really showed. The house is stucco & had A LOT of CRACKS! On one side of the house had concrete put on the house in the 70's & it just looked awful. I had other estimates, one guy said they could "chip" away some of the concrete. Omar told me he would fix it & make it look like the rest of the house. It now looks like the rest of the house. Omar showed up at the time he told me. He answered my calls & text immediately. He told me he would give me an estimate the next day he did. The other guy took over a week to get me an estimate. I already KNEW I was going with Luxury Custom Painting when Omar showed up at the time he said he would. The estimate came in the middle of the other estimates & I KNOW those other guys wouldn't do the job correctly. It took them 2 1/2 weeks for the prep. That's how bad the house was & 2 days to paint. They were here every day on time at 8 am. They left the place clean everyday. I think the job was bigger then he estimated but he didn't charge me extra. Totally worth the price! I think the paint job will last longer than I will. I'm so happy I went with Luxury Custom Painting & I KNOW you will be happy with them too.

If there's a word to describe Luxury Custom Painting, it's 'diligent'.

A recent inspection on our three-year-old house revealed the stucco was showing some cracks, so the Luxury Custom Painting team did a great job with the patching, sealing, and painting that was needed.

The work was not rushed, there was good attention to detail (paint color match, etc.), and cleanup was good.

Their pricing was reasonable, and I definitely believe we got good value for what we paid. Bottom line, I trust Luxury Custom Painting and will definitely use them again.

Omar and his team came to the rescue after we had a wall heater removed that left some very large holes in two walls and a couple smaller holes in adjacent walls. They performed nothing less than magic on those walls with their drywall repair, texturing, and painting so you’d never know the disaster they started with. After a fair amount of research, my husband and I selected Luxury Custom Painting to paint the exterior of our 1950's-era home, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome!

Omar and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed-upon day and surveyed the work to be done. Omar quickly ascertained that the caulking between the original redwood siding boards had cracked over the years and was failing. He cautioned us that if we truly wanted to do justice to the integrity of this home, it was going to take significant prepwork--possibly 2 1/2 weeks-- to remove all the old caulking, sand, sink all exposed nails, prime, apply new caulking, prepare the attic vents with a rust inhibitor, remove the gutters to paint and reinstall, and so much more. Omar did a complete walk-around and pointed out flaws and past shoddy work that he and his crew would correct. He explained the various quality grades and finishes of his preferred brand of paint and we got quite an education! We were quite impressed with his thorough assessment as well as his knowledge of the industry's top-rated products and their proper application, and committed to a contract.

We received Omar's project proposal electronically within days. And, although the bid was a bit higher than what we had initially anticipated, we considered it very fair for the substantial prep involved for a 3-man team, and for the superior Sherwin-Williams "Rain Refresh" Exterior Latex paint we chose, on Omar's recommendation. It has been 5 months since the new paint was applied and we couldn't be happier with its performance! As advertised, it leaves absolutely no trace of dirt or cobwebs in between the redwood boards, where the other paint had before.

The painters arrived at the appointed time 5-6 days per week, happy, friendly, and eager to work. True to the language outlined in his contract, Omar's crew cleaned up after themselves and ensured that the property was presentable and safe of any potential work-related hazards. Omar was either on-site or stopped by during the day to check on the progress of the crew's work regularly. He was clear and transparent with us in his explanations of the work completed or to be done, welcoming questions and providing answers.

In summary, working with Omar and his team at Luxury Custom Painting was an absolute wonderful experience! Many of our neighbors and passers-by would stop to inquire who was doing the lovely painting of our home, after having witnessed the extensive preparation it took before final paint application. For a 73-year old simple modest ranch home, we received a 5-star paint job which we love ,and trust its durability and beauty will last many years to come. We highly recommend Omar and his crew at Luxury Custom Painting! You will not be disappointed!
